Many of us often forget that our bodies are not machines – they require rest and lots of care. When both our mind and body are healthy, we feel stronger, we achieve better results and are more productive within our day-to-day lives.

Mindfulness has been synonymous with wellbeing for a number of years, and many people are benefitting from classes like Pilates, Yoga and Bodybalance which help us to develop a calm, more focused mind.

We have a number of Personal Trainers who are qualified and specialise in pre and postnatal training, together with fully qualified exercise referral specialists who can offer personal sessions to people who have been referred by their GP’s for a number of medical conditions including depression, anxiety and weight management.
